How do I register to post messages?
To register, visit the Register page. You will be prompted
first to enter your desired user name. This name can be anything you choose, staying
within the boundaries of acceptable language. Next, enter your e-mail address. Click the
'Register' button to continue. Your password will be immediately mailed to the e-mail
address that you specified. If you do not receive your password, make sure to let us know.
Can I use HTML tags in my posts?
Yes, you can use HTML tags in your posts. To learn how to use HTML tags, visit our Help with HTML Tags page.
Why didn't my posted message show up?
Your post most likely did not show up because your browser did not reload the
page, it simply pulled it out of cache on your computer or, if you are behind a firewall,
your network server cache. Please reload (refresh) your browser and it should then appear.
Can I register more than one user name?
Yes, but only one user name can be registered per e-mail address. If you have
already registered one user name and feel you need another, you will have to register it
from a different e-mail address than the one used to register your first name.
Can I change my user name?
To change your user name, please e-mail messageboard@daleearnhardt.net.
Your letter should include your current user name, your password, and the new user name
you desire. You will receive a response from us once your user name is changed.
What if I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your TEC message board password, please e-mail messageboard@daleearnhardt.net explaining
the problem. Please include your user name. Send your e-mail from the same
e-mail address used to register the user name.
Can I change my password?
Maybe. If you believe that there is a security problem which would make you want to change
your password, please e-mail messageboard@daleearnhardt.net

When are users banned?
Depending on the severity of the incident, users can be warned and/or banned from posting
to the message board.
Inappropriate messages are ones that:
Use insulting or
obscene language
Threaten or harass
others
Annoy or disrupt other
message board users
Post material dealing
with illegal activity
Repeatedly advertise
or promote another site or product
Anything else deemed
inappropriate by The Earnhardt Connection
Banned user names will no longer be able to post. If a banned user resurfaces under a new
user name and continues to act inappropriately, his IP address will be banned in addition
to his new user name.
Can I report a negative user?
Message board users are encouraged to report any users that they feel
are acting inappropriately. When a user is reported, The Earnhardt Connection will
review this user's posted messages and take appropriate action.
