You can say that again. Any other sport would ban the participants for life for manipulating the outcome.

Can you imagine in the NFL, NBA or MLB if a team threw a game letting a competitor beat them and got paid for it what would happen?

In NASCAR they just compete in the next race...not much of a sport.
