When he is done racing what are they going to do? half the people watching wont have any reason to continue. Their ratings already are pathetic and attendance is nonexistent. I havent seen a race in person since the last race at Atlanta before the COT (2007). You could give me free tickets and I wouldn't waste the gas money on it nor my time.
I used to never miss a lap of practice or anything and went to 2-3 races a year...
Gordon is gone, Stewart will be gone. Wont' be long until Johnson, Harvick and Junior are gone...won't be any reason to watch because the racing product sucks. Stick a fork in it...
That said, I hope Junior wins a title this year. he has a pretty good team, they just need to quit making mistakes in the Chase. I hate the Chase, always have...
Wins at Darlington, Charlotte, Watkins Glen, New Hampshire and Homestead would be nice...hope you are well.
