I think the should have taken the rest of the year off a few years ago when he sat out a few races.
He should be contacting this group. It looks like very promising treatment that lasts long term.

I'm in favor of him doing whatever is best for his health long term. NA$CAR sucks these days anyway. I really dont watch it...
