Hopefully it is only for the rest of the season. Johan Franzen, hockey player for the Redwings, dealt with concussion issues in 2013-2014 season. Came back and only played in 33 games in 2014-2015 season and played the first 2 games of 2015-2016 season and is still on long term injured today. A season is 80 games for hockey. His last concussion was his fourth one.
Personally I think Jr would be well served to call it a career.
