You don't know that he didn't. Those guns, if they have them, are saved for the main case. Jeremy signed a sworn statement that he never used Meth. Doing so opens him up to Federal perjury charges if he lied. Feds love perjury traps these days. Easy convictions. Ask Martha Stewart.
