If he did, it would be out there combating his bad press the last 2 months.
Prejury in civil cases rarely results in jail or even any real punishment.... Bill Clinton anyone? He got a fine and was disbarred because he was an attorney.
On another note, Mayfield's attorney looks more like a meth head than Mayfield
