I think they're going to take everything NASCAR-related into account from the lower tier series to the Cup series. Junior's a lock because of his two Busch titles and his wins in both series and his impact on the sport. Donnie Allison is unlikely because he didn't score many wins and he wasn't in the tier of guys who didn't win titles like Buddy Baker who I think will get in. Harry Gant is a lock due to his stats in Busch and Cup combined along with the sportsman wins he compiled.
It will be hard to say if guys like Hornaday or Skinner or even Jack Sprague will find their way in due to their success in the truck series. Also it's hard to say if guys like Benson, LaJoie and Truex who won Busch titles will be worthy too. I guess we'll find out eventually.
