Word from the peons at HMS is that this new crew chief nor anything Rick does will help things one bit until Jr gets his head out of his ass and starts focusing on his team and winning again.
Basically put, his head hasnt been in the game for a long time (obviously) and he has way too many irons in the fire.
I honestly wish he would just quit if mediocrity is going to continue to abound.
With all that said, anything less than a win at Daytona will be unacceptable to me.
